Relation of title page to the rest of the volume
In volumes 3 and 4, the title page begins the first quire listed in the quire register. In volumes 1 and 5, it appears in a separate, unlisted quire (+ in volume 1, a in volume 5). In volumes 2 and 6, the title page is printed as a single, separate sheet.
